1. Shipping services

LAEXCO LOGISTICS ships parcels between China and Cameroon by air and by sea. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Payment terms

Full payment is required before your parcel is handed over.
Partial payments (advance) are accepted. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
We send payment reminders by WhatsApp until full payment is received.
Prices are charged per kilogram (air) or per cubic metre (CBM, sea), measured at our origin warehouse. The measured weight or volume is final.

3. Storage fees

Important: Please collect your parcel promptly once it arrives in Cameroon. Storage fees may apply to parcels left uncollected — ask us for current rates.

You are notified by WhatsApp when your parcel is ready for pickup.
Storage fees must be paid together with any remaining balance before collection.
Parcels left uncollected for a long period may be returned or disposed of after notice.

4. Reimbursement policy

For parcels that are lost or not received, LAEXCO LOGISTICS reimburses the client based on the weight of the parcel only.
Reimbursement is not based on the value of the contents or the purchase price of the items inside.
Proof of reception at our offices (receipt or signed document) is required to file a claim.
Claims must be filed as soon as possible after the expected delivery date.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of collection, with photos.
LAEXCO LOGISTICS is not liable for items that are fragile, perishable, or prohibited by customs regulations.

5. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information (a phone number is required).
Collect parcels promptly to avoid storage fees.
Keep your proof of reception for any reimbursement claim.
Make sure all items comply with the customs rules of both countries.

6. Prohibited items

Illegal substances or drugs
Weapons and explosives
Counterfeit goods
Flammable or hazardous materials
Items prohibited by China or Cameroon customs

We may refuse, hold or return any parcel that breaks these rules.
